Our nation supplies some of the best
health care in the world, yet critics are saying that
our health care is at risk. Why would we believe that
our health care is at risk if our health care is the
envy of most nations?
If the patient and their family’s
perception of the quality of the received medical
care is not at the desired level, this perception
of poor quality can drive law suits against the healthcare
provider. This increases the cost of health care and
can cause a greater perception of poor value. This
cycle continues until the quality perception is improved.
Quality Improvement starts with the
perception of the patient. Our focus is on providing
